Company location: Unit 103, th Avenue, Surrey, Bc, V3W 0K5 Number of positions: 5 Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time Salary: $27.50 per hour Start date: As soon as possible Work locations Various locations in Surrey (BC) and other areas of Lower Mainland (BC) as per the companys contracts with its clients. Position duties: Move materials to work sites and load and unload construction supplies. Put up and take down concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps and barricades at construction sites Mix, pour, and spread construction materials. Assist tradesmen in their work activities such as taking measurements, holding materials, assembling, cutting, threading, etc. Arrange all equipment needed at the work site before starting the job and store them at a safe place at the end of the shift. Direct traffic at or near construction sites. Remove rubble and debris from the work site. Clean and prepare surfaces to assist the other construction workers in their jobs. Position requirements: Some work experience as a construction laborer would be an asset. Candidates should be willing to work outdoors, indoors, and in all weather conditions.
