Position Details: Position: Construction Laborer Company name: P J Drywall. Company location: A St, Surrey, BC Number of positions: 2 Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time Salary: $28.85 per hour Start date: As soon as possible Work locations: Surrey, BC, and various other job sites in the Lower Mainland area (BC) as per the companys contracts with its clients. Position duties: Assist skilled tradesmen in their activities at construction sites and provide equipment, supplies, and other required materials to them as required. Prepare the construction site by cleaning obstacles and hazards to maintain a clean and safe job site. Move materials to work sites and load and unload construction supplies. Put up and take down concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, and barricades at construction sites Mix, pour, and spread construction materials. Remove rubble and debris from the work site. Clean work areas, machines, and equipment, and store construction tools at the designated area of work sites at the end of the shift. Position requirements: Some work experience as a construction laborer would be an asset. Candidate should be willing to work outdoors, indoors, and in all weather conditions.
