Why is this role important?

Title: Specialist, Sales Support - International & Partnerships

Reports to: Director, Category Development - International & Partnerships

Role Overview:

The Sales Support Specialist is accountable for operations and administration of the Joe Fresh International business and ongoing communication with our licensed partners. The incumbent will provide a hands-on approach to manage weekly sales and supply chain reporting, quarterly facilitation of item creation and buy plans for our international assortment and act as the primary liaison with our licensed partners. The scope of the role includes cross functional partnership and coordination with all functional teams: finance, supply chain, category management, product development, marketing, operations, IT, and licensing.

Key Accountabilities:

Reporting: 40%

Weekly data management and reporting on customer sales trends, style reviews, store performance
Collaboration with Supply Chain to monitor key programs and identifying any risks or delays

IT & Systems Management: 40%

Validate and create buy plans by delivery ensuring all attributes are attached and flowing correctly from one system to the next (PLM > Wholesale AMP)
Convert customer commitments into production plans to be sent to our vendors
Scheduling / managing item and PO creation between JFS and Customer Partners

Licensing Liaison 20%:

Own and manage licensing milestone calendar to ensuring all timelines are met
Work with finance and international category team to project / report on annual licensing targets
Research new opportunities within existing and new licensed partners


Post-secondary education in Business or Retail program is an asset
5+ years of related experience retail industry
Self-directed and motivated - ability to be both an independent entrepreneur and a strong cross-functional consensus builder
Delivers results in a high-pressure environment with the ability to set priorities, solve unique problems and meet challenging deadlines
Strong analytical, communication and follow-up skills
