Senior Specialist, Service Enablement, Brampton, ON

As a Senior Specialist in the Service Enablement team, you will have the opportunity to play a role in the design, automation, implementation and support of key Loblaw Technology & Analytics reporting services.

What You'll Do:

Design, automate, implement and support periodic, cross-Loblaw Technology & Analytics reporting, integrating data from multiple systems, including CA PPM (Clarity), Jira and ServiceNow using a range of technology, including Power BI, MS Flow and Power Apps
Act as technology liaison for the business Process and Efficiencies program, ensuring all technology and data and analytic needs are met
Identify top systemic issues to provide insight into root cause and drive to closure
Facilitate the Customer Satisfaction Survey, providing insight into potential areas of improvement

What you Bring:

Proficiency in producing spreadsheets, reports, documents and presentations using Power BI and/or standard MS Office applications

Proven experience in defining and facilitating processes, documenting standards, guidelines and standard operating procedures

Desire and ability to adapt and learn new development and automation applications, including those specific to Loblaw

Adaptability, flexibility and a demonstrated level of initiative and judgment to coordinate and prioritize varying tasks, workload and projects
