Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Dietitians and Wellness Program, the Program Coordinator will be responsible for assisting with development and implementation of new nutrition service offering to consumers and businesses. The Program Coordinator will also be supporting marketing initiatives to help increase awareness and usage of nutrition services.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the national dietitian team with development and formatting of nutrition presentations, webinars, customer resources, recipes templates and social media posts
Join forces with other business units to explore synergies and possibilities for cross-promotion
Collaborate with internal communications team to organize colleague events with the goal of increasing awareness of the dietitian services within the organization
Support marketing initiatives targeting our main customer personas with the goal of increasing awareness of our dietitian services, and incent trial and usage
Conducting market scans to support ongoing initiatives
Designing, distributing, and analyzing surveys to inform of customer and/or dietitian needs, gaps and opportunities as they relate to the nutrition service offering
Attend program planning and status meetings, and other meetings as required
Provide administrative support through various ad-hoc projects

Be able to handle multiple tasks at the same time and be able to re-prioritize effectively
Business acumen & project management skills
Enrolled in a post-secondary school and accredited co-op program in the field of nutrition, business or marketing
Excellent problem solving, critical thinking and analytical skills
Exceptional collaboration and team building skills to build relationships with business partners
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Canva
Must be able to work independently and/or collaboratively in a fast-paced cross-functional environment
Social media experience and knowledge
Strong written and oral communication skills
