Job Duties: Cut and trim meat, poultry & fish. Remove bones from meat Use power grinders and slicing machines to grind meat and poultry. Shape, lace and tie roasts and other meats, poultry or fish. Prepare standard cuts of meat and poultry using knives & Band saw. Check out the food storage conditions on regular basis. Ensure food storage conditions are adequate. Job Requirements: - Completion of Secondary school Experience will be an asset. Terms of Employment: - Salary:$29.00 per hour, 40 hours per week. Overtime wages starts after 40 hours.
