Why this role is important?

The Manager, Enterprise Health & Wellness Product will be accountable for assisting in the design of our Workplace Health & Wellness Connected Health Network product roadmap. The portfolio will service the needs of employers, carriers, and third-party intermediaries using Loblaw and Shoppers Drug Mart enterprise-wide assets.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Enterprise Health & Wellness Product, the Manager will manage all aspects of managing, research, design, and development of workplace wellness enterprise assets and digital platforms.

What You'll Do:

Support Product Management and Vendor Relationships of existing Workplace Wellness products (Health Coaching/Virtual Care/Lifemark)
Support / lead areas of the product development and partnership strategy for Workplace Wellness
Be a Subject Matter Expert responsible for providing product specific information to internal stakeholders
Support management of an evolving product pipeline to optimize and prioritize the roadmap and identify new lines of business across the Workplace Wellness portfolio that can accelerate growth
Manage Employer PC Optimum programs and Vendor Relationships.
Work closely with Health Outcomes and Care Transformation teams to help develop and managed Chronic Disease Management and Data & Analytics Platforms
Work closely with the Distribution team to evolve the go-to-market strategy for Workplace Wellness products to ensure growth of mutually valuable strategies
Lead environment scans, market research, competitive analyses for Workplace Health & Wellness products and digital health platforms
Collect and analyze data to support strategies, opportunities, and decision-making in the Workplace Wellness, Disability Management and Occupational Health industries.
Use superior PowerPoint and written communication skills to create presentations which captivate senior leadership, cross-functional team members and potential partners
Support the lead on special strategic projects and initiatives as required, including execution and project management of new initiatives.

What You'll Need:

3-5 years of experience in Employer Health & Wellness product management, life and health Insurance, health benefit consultancy, or health benefit advisory; with strong knowledge of Group Benefits, Disability Management and Occupational Health
Excellent PowerPoint & Excel skills
Background in Business, Health Sciences, Nursing or Pharmacy
Understanding of Drug Plan Management formularies and specialty drug programs
Understanding of Federal and Provincial Pharmacare and Public Payer programs.
Understanding of emerging employer workplace wellness programs, digital health technologies and healthcare ecosystems
Strong background in project management and product management
Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to present and engage internal and external stakeholders
Must be proactive and solution oriented, with an ability to work on complex projects, balance multiple workstreams and initiatives and drive positive results and outcomes while building collaborative working relationships with cross functional teams and vendor partners
Must possess a desire to challenge the status quo, learn about new areas of a business, and think differently
