Duties & Supervising, co-ordinating and scheduling the activities of construction workers and the trades persons. & Training the personnel and verifying their qualifications before hiring them. & Planning coordinating, recommending and implementing the construction design. & Ordering required material, equipment and supplies to ensure the work going smoothly. & Formatting the construction and maintenance plans. & Negotiating and contracting companies in order to get sufficient equipment and personnel necessary to complete the construction work in good time. & Focusing on safety and ensuring that all workers adhere to safety standards. & Supervising the economical completion of the project. & Ensuring that the reports, records, and invoices are approved by the construction authorities.
