Commissionaires Great Lakes offers an immediate opportunity for a versatile, highly motivated professional. We are looking for an individual with excellent interpersonal and verbal communications skills, strong working knowledge of computer systems, a positive attitude and the ability to provide excellent customer service for our clients site. As a front line representative of our company and clients site you must be highly reliable, work well under pressure, able to work with minimal supervision, have the ability to multi task and be a professional who takes pride in your performance at all times.
Bi-Lingual (French) Preferred Not Mandatory
Commissionaires are responsible for creating reservations and packaging for initial PAT platoon and BTL/ATL and other reservations at multiple R&QSS properties.
Answer the phone call for booking, price and others inquiries relate to the Rations & Quarters.
Make payment for member lost key, card or their quarters. Send email to member or school to confirm reservation or inquiries.
Other duties as may be required by the client or site supervisor.
Required Education, Qualifications, Experience and Requirements:
Language: Bilingual Preferred or English.
Valid First Aid and CPR certificate
Customer service/reception/administrative skills
Ability to provide excellent customer service, security and protection for our client's site.
Ability to multitask
Must be able to obtain Reliability clearance (Five years of residency in Canada is a requirement)
Must be able to work as a team and deescalate issues if they come up.
