Training Hours:
8am - 4 pm (for 3 weeks) virtually training done on-site but Team Leads on the floor to assist

THEN - Hours of Work will be:
7.5hrs per day, Monday to Friday/ between 8 am to 8 pm (Must be available for all a variety of shifts starting at 8AM and working as late as 8PM) (37.5hrs a week)

Role Overview:

We are looking for Planning Session Agents who will provide relocation policy advice to our Customers through scheduled planning sessions across different channels - telephone, video call, and chat. All relocation advice must be administered within the prescribed Relocation Directive, while also meeting the expected level of service as required based on our Service Level Agreement.

What You'll Be Doing:
Deliver a daily average of seven 30-minute planning sessions as requested by Customers
Record detailed notes for each planning session in the Customer's profile for future review
Review and reconcile relocation files, ensuring compliance with the Relocation Directive
Review Customer's submitted expense claims, while providing guidance as to what is required for future claims submissions
Contact appropriate individuals for urgent and emergency requests to ensure requests are handled in a timely manner
Various administrative tasks including record keeping and data entry

Note: Other similar customer service roles available as well.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract

Salary: $20.50-$22.00 per hour

Monday to Friday
