The Job Opportunity As a Customer Service Representative your core job within our call center is to handle inbound and outbound calls from existing and potentially new customers for Bell Canada with a professional attitude. You are directly responsible to ensure a positive customer experience with first-call resolution skills by providing accurate information to all customers and resolving queries. Your interactions with all customers are of a high quality with active listening and sensitivity to all situations. In addition, you will up-sell/cross-sell Bell Canada's services to customers to helping our client grow their customer base. This is a full-time position, which operates on a shift basis between the hours of Monday to Friday 6:30 am to 10:00 pm, Saturday 7:30 am to 10:00 pm, Sunday 7:30 am to 6:00 pm. Weekends are rotational.To be successful in this role the following criteria is required: Fluently Bilingual (English and French) preferredProblem solver and detail-orientedPositive and Enthusiastic attitudeDynamic interpersonal, negotiating andjudgement skillsProfessional demeanor and dependable work ethicAbility to respond quickly to customer calls / high-volume call centre in a courteous and knowledgeable mannerStrong keyboarding skills and knowledge of PC navigation and Microsoft Office productsShift flexibility and willingness to work overtime as requiredAttendance and punctuality is imperativeHigh school diploma or equivalentDo you have the above knowledge?
