_MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE_

_An experienced, high caliber CAFM/CAD Administrator to provide services related to the implementation, maintenance and upkeep of facilities AutoCAD drawings and related facilities and real estate data._

_MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES_

_Documents layout, design, and space plan of facilities in relation to the move plan._
_Learns and applies new methods of space design for specific customer needs._
_Applies data and metrics that are important to client and BRG success; gathers and tracks accordingly._
_Documents and provides detailed design layouts of new and existing office space and furniture._
_May conduct building audits to verify that employee locations, furniture layout and room configurations are correctly noted on floor plans. _
_Knows and applies building construction processes, plans and related documentation for compliance._
_Supports planning staff, and campus-wide requests with space and occupancy information by providing graphical and data reports. _
_Draws polylines in accordance with the selected space measurement protocols as communicated by client (BOMA, IFMA etc.)._
_Creates polylines for gross floor areas and internal spaces (rooms)._
_Coordinates with users for CAD/CAFM team to receive updates from planning, work orders and design and construction._
_Uploads/integrates drawing data into CAD/CAFM system._
_Updates and maintains p-line drawings, space data and occupancy data based on move information and project information provided by client._
_Updates, maintains and provides ongoing support to validate and verify the accuracy of CAD/CAFM Space IDs and related data._
_Creates, coordinates and facilitates business process for maintaining accurate space information._
_Support all Company initiatives as identified by management and in support of Quality Management Systems (QMS), Environmental Management Systems (EMS), and other regulatory requirements._
_Complies with U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, other regulatory requirements, Company policies, operating procedures, processes, and task assignments. Maintains positive and cooperative communications and collaboration with all levels of employees, customers, contractors, and vendors._

_QUALIFICATIONS_

_Education: _

_Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related discipline or an equivalent combination of education and work experience_

_Experience/Background (minimum level necessary): _

_6+ years of the following is required: _

_Proficiency with AutoCAD, MS Office, Visio and CAFM (FM: Systems preferred)._
_Understanding of Facilities, Real Estate and Asset Management industry and practices in the areas of space planning, occupancy and allocation management._
_An understanding of the different space measurement techniques such as BOMA, IFMA, etc. and where each is applicable._
_Hands-on understanding of AutoCAD particularly as it is applied in integrated CAFM solutions and the areas of best practice document control processes and standards._
_Demonstrated team management and collaboration skills._
_Experience working in a broader enterprise/cross-division business unit model preferred._
_Ability to work in a highly matrixed and geographically diverse business environment._
_Ability to travel approximately 10%, including internationally._

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

Salary: From $60,000.00 per year
